Please note:

  • Registration fees do not include accommodation or airport transfers
  • The organizers will not be responsible for identifying funds if the delegate's name and initials are not included with the payment.
     
Method of payment
Payment can be made through the following methods:
  • Bank transfer (EFT): If you are paying by bank transfer, please clearly indicate your name and surname on the deposit slip. Please email the proof of the payment to kcochrane@kemri.go.ke   
  • MPESA 
Registration can only be confirmed on receipt of payment. Delegates are responsible for any bank charges related to registration payments

Cancellation policy
Any registration amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to kcochrane@kemri.go.ke.  Cancellations received before 20 February 2025 will be refunded in full less an administrative fee of 25% of the registration cost. As an alternative to cancelling your registration, you may transfer it to another person before 20 March 2025 without incurring any penalty. No shows or cancellations after 20 March 2025 will not be reimbursed. The payment of refunds will be processed 30 days after the last day of the conference. 

Payment deadline
Registration fees must be paid by 31 March 2025.
